History
We welcome you to the Guthrie Broome Orthopedic and Spine Surgery Center (GBOSS), the region’s first standalone musculoskeletal ambulatory surgery center and a major advancement in outpatient surgical care for the Southern Tier. This outpatient surgery facility is a partnership with The Guthrie Clinic and surrounding area orthopedic and podiatric surgeons. Constitution Surgery Alliance serves as the management consultant. Collectively, we are bringing together nationally recognized clinical expertise with industry-leading orthopedic excellence.
Located within Oakdale Commons in Johnson City, New York, our 16,000 SF center was purposefully designed to offer patients unparalleled access to high-quality musculoskeletal care in a modern, efficient, and highly patient-centered setting. The center provides comprehensive surgical services in General Orthopedics, Total Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, Neuro/Spine, Podiatry (Foot and Ankle), Hand and Upper Extremity, and Pain Management, ensuring seamless care across the full spectrum of bone, joint, and spine needs.

- State-of-the-art surgical technology and equipment, including robotic-assisted systems, advanced imaging, and high-definition visualization platforms
